   injecter pump most likely

   Were the injectors replaced by your dealer? If not there my also be a PCM sofeware update for the injector function.

   Make sure the air filter is OK and fuel isn’t contaminated.

   timing might be off on injector pump. make sure return lines are not plugged. thermo stat might be open( cooling the coolant too much therefore not letting the truck heat up to proper temp.)

   You need to ck it with a scan tool to see what the desired pump pressure is compared with the actual pump pressure.This is the only way to diagnoise a duramax electronic fuel inj controls.Should idle at around 5000 lbs and go to 17000 at WOT.
