Can I add a lubricity additive to use JetA fuel in a Ford Lehman Diesel Engine?

Jet A is much lighter and has no lubricating properties when compared to Diesel #2. I would rather use it in my boat diesel than pay to have it disposed of. Is there a “lubricity” additive that will give the Jet A the lubricating properties that will make it safe to use in my boat?

   It will be cheaper to pay to dispose of the fuel than to buy a new engine so I would recommend that you only use the fuel that your engine is designed to run on.
