I want to know more efficient design of piston cutting of diesel engines to convert to CNG?

To get proper compression ratio, pistons of diesel engines have to cut.
I don’t like since it can effect life of piston, and still suspect performance of engine after cutting. Can anyone give me better idea of how I can change compression ratio or better design of piston cutting.

   Try this question useing the Queens English.

   I am a certified MASTER ASE diesel and auto tech, in the business since 1966, and I don’t have CLUE as to what you are talking about.
